Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Structural framing
We offer wood frame construction for mid-size residential, commercial and institutional projects. From single family to large commercial builds, our experienced team ensures safety, structural integrity, and timely completion while working closely with clients to ensure projects move smoothly.
Playground Installation and Inspection
STEMIC is a Canadian Certified Playground Inspector (CCPI)
We preform site prep, concrete works, playground equipment installation and protective surfacing installations.
We mainly service North Island and the surrounding Gulf Islands. We also travel if needed.
